BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
On November 09,2021, The SOGDC Board of Directors meeting chaired by Sabah Chief Minister YAB Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji bin Haji Noor was held at Menara Kinabalu (PPNS).
Among those project that had been approved at the meeting, were investment projects with a total value of RM15 billion proposed in SOGIP.
On that occasion, Chief Minister received the Anti-Bribery and Corruption Manual SOGDC and Organization Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP) 2021-2025 presented by Haji Abdul Kadir bin Haji Abdullah, Chief Executive Officer Sabah Oil & Gas Development Corporation Sdn. Bhd.
Among those presents were Datuk Dr. Joachim Gunsalam (Deputy Chief Minister cum Minister of Industrial Development), Datuk Haji Rusdin Riman (Permanent Secretary Ministry of Finance), Mr Thomas Logijin (Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Industrial Development), Datuk Haji Mohd Shariff bin Haji Ibrahim (Former Head of State Project & Stakeholder Management Petronas Chemical Group Bhd), Datuk Dr. Roland Chia Ming Shen (Political Secretary to Sabah Chief Minister) and Datuk Ronnie Loh Ee Eng (Former Member of State Assembly).
